St. Martin Middle School Robotics Team is headed to Vex Robotics World Championships.

Wyatt Kiefer and Conner Gill have put practically 200 hours into constructing their robotic. The 2 boys’ exhausting work paid off after their robotic destroyed the competitors at nationals, incomes second place and qualifying for World Championships.

They are going to head to Dallas, Texas April twenty seventh by way of the twenty ninth to compete in opposition to groups from all around the world for the coveted first-place prize. Gill mentioned, “It’d be a cool opportunity just to go even if we just get to meet the people. If we don’t make it to finals and eliminations that’s still okay, because we get to watch in the dome and figure out the game for next year. I’m proud of myself because not a lot of people get this opportunity. Not everybody can make it to worlds every year. It’s only so much of a chance that you get to go.”
