THE Philippine-hosted Southeast Asian Regional Middle for Graduate Research and Analysis in Agriculture (Searca) carried out on Wednesday coaching on agri-robotics for learners and educators of the Dagatan Household Farm School (DFFS) in Batangas.
In response to Searca headed by Director Glenn Gregorio, the agri-robotics coaching is a part of a one-day studying exercise that would be the first collaboration between Searca and DFFS, which is positioned in Lipa, Batangas and has the excellence of being the primary household farming school in Asia.
He stated the training exercise was conceived on Jan. 13, 2023 when Searca officers and DFFS employees, DFFS school director Ramon Santos Jr. and DFFS school administrator Jeremy Feria expressed their need to advance the training of their students and incorporate agri-robotics of their curricula.
Gregorio stated the training exercise goals to advertise agri-innovation amongst household farm school students; present experiential studying on agri-robotics amongst household farm school students and lecturers; and foster a mindset on how agriculture generally is a inventive and fascinating discipline among the many youths.

Sharon Malaiba, Searca unit head for partnerships, stated these actions are facilitated by Searca by its Rising Innovation for Development Division, or EIGD.
